New Mexico Chile

This product is roasted & frozen "Miss Junie" chiles grown in central NM using no pesticides or petrochemical fertilizers. It has a meatier pepper  body than most varieties and is Medium-Hot...sure to be a favorite for the widest variety of green chile fans!

Each portion is frozen in resealable vacuum-packed bags (not a sandwich bag like other sellers) allowing you to take what you want from the bag and save the rest!

All chile is shipped USPS Priority Mail from Bosque, NM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order on a Thursday and live further away, we may hold your order until the next Tuesday to make sure it doesn't sit on a post office over the weekend.
