Roasted & Frozen Christmas Chile

The same product as the fresh christmas chile but roasted & frozen into 1-lb freezer packs.

All chile is shipped USPS Priority Mail from Bosque, NM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order on a Thursday and live further away, we may hold your order until the next Tuesday to make sure it doesn't sit on a post office over the weekend!

We have weird weather this year so the chile is turning red faster than usual so your chiles may be more red-ish than green...but still amazing!
