All FRESH chile is shipped USPS Priority Mail from Bosque, NM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All FROZEN chile is shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays. If you order Weds/Thurs and live further away, we may hold your order until the next week to make sure it doesn't sit on a post office over the weekend! You'll still be sent freshly-picked chiles.

It has a medium-hot temperature and is very popular! 

We have weird weather this year so the chile is turning red faster than usual. Your green chile MAY have tints of red in it by the time you get it...but it's still delicious!
